Good luck. You seem to have problems knowing the difference between a pump & dump and promoting.

Promoting is getting the information out to possible buyers. Of the stock market we call it marketing, advertising.

It SNMM was not advertising their stock I would not own it. Who wants a totally unknown? I do only if I know it will become known.

I have been in this stock 6 months and back then nobody knew.
Pump & dump involves stretching the truth and pushing up the stock so the pump and dumpers can sell. It is most often based on no news turned into news. GGNC & GLXW ( was GLCCF ) are/were pumpers.

I would not touch either at even these levels. I sure hope you caught GLXW on the short side. As I do not short I added to SNMM and it is paying out the big bucks.

Come on shorters spread your views. Try and scare the longs. Your job is always hard when their is real news, real earnings, and real fundamentals.

The only question I ask myself is do we have the stuff to clear $9 today or do we need to regroup a bit more. Those raising support levels will get you uneasy in your seats.

It makes more sense to be to buy the support and sell the resistance on this one. So if you went short at $9 with stops at $9 1/4 I might buy your plan and would only point out two things. One this stock has a pattern of moving fast as in bad fills at the market, and two in you are fighting the trend with support just under in steps.

Not a good short in my mind.
