Learn to read, and learn the facts before you open that hole in your head called a mouth. Nobody here is defending the Company, we are attacking them for the illegal issuance of 2,000,000 S8 shares directly to stock promoters and what also looks like brokers. Along with another 4,750,000 shares AFTER the halt to themselves as a form of DOUBLE payment for salary, and stock options AGAIN! That's right the RMIL diverted 4.75 million shares from the escrow account for the failed merger into their own names! Can you say ILLEGAL, and was done to gain a controlling interest in the company after the HALT! Speaking of brokers, someone told me that you may be a series 7 license holder. Is this true?
