Hi Steve .. I have a cable modem also and have experienced no delays whatsoever. Also, if you really want to speed up your SI experience, I suggest that you try this program: browsemaster.com I've been using it for 2 months now and I think it's great. And no, I'm not being paid by BM to say that!
