Thank you for your kind words. I do think there are some people on SI who are thoughtful and consider some of these issues. I am enjoying this stimulating dialog.

I have some SEC material and I will try to read up on the subject in the next couple of days. I doubt there will be anything directly on point, but there may be some rules that could be modified to suit our purposes.
