It's interesting that people would rather pay over $20 for EFAX not 18s for IDTC. IDTC is making money but EFAX doesn't make any.

if idtc continues there pr campaign, we will have another news release by thursday. because idtc did not extend the solicitation deadline again, everyone is now just waiting for news. idtc has already whetted the appetite with recent announcements. it would be surprising with recent earnings and announcements with major internet companies, that idtc would come unglued as we wait.
