Money, there is now some dialog I'm having on my SEC / keep SI going thd Subject 26566 I hope this stimulates others to give their thoughts, since I would rather be proactive than accept SEC handing down laws, would like to see SI keep going than be reduced to a bunch of bashing. I am seeking thoughts, not bashing. It will be interesting to hear from ppl on that thd. I am for an open forum. Do I have to keep saying the following: I am not a broker. I am not a dealer. I am not a broker/dealer. I am not paid nor compensated in any manner to make any of the above statements. I do not own a material amount of shares to affect the movement of the price of the stock. I am not a member of the NASD. I have never been a member of the NASD. I do not know, nor have I spoken to, any market makers or specialist, nor persons closely related in business or family to the market makers or specialist, in the stock. I do not present false information in mentioning a company and where opinions given, to best of ability, try to indicate such is my opinion. I do not 'bash' management with remarks that potentially could be construed as libelous or slanderous, by a lay person, for the purpose of reducing the price of a stock. My investment portfolio, solely, is of immaterial size to affect the price movement of a stock. I am not a fund manager and do not control a portfolio that could conceivably affect the movement of the price of a stock. I do find such posts offensive to read. I am not a U.S. citizen. I do not trade by way of 'offshore' accounts.
