I'm not tendering any of my shares @ $90 a pop! The press release says that purchase agreements were entered into for 1.4 mil shares from the execs with a tender for $90 for 3.6 mil. That's a classic screw you bid. I have a 7 and 63 and SFA (so I really have to watch what I say!:). But the guy's trying to steal a controlling interest in the company!! Hopefully someone else with deep pockets will come along and compensate us longs fairly.

regards,
cj

That makes no sense to me at all...maybe you mean to compare it to CNBC's planned site. CNBC will have to buy or do a deal with an online brokerage to establish online trading. Starting from the ground up wouldn't be effective...IMO.
