Are you affiliated with any securities class action suits in any way? I find it interesting that you signed on to SI one week ago and all your posts concern suits. Member 7378450 Message 8324947 My opinion is that lawyers involved with these types of suits are the lowest life form on our beautiful planet. Do you think they are scumbags as well?

This case is strictly a restatement case, which means the company has already admitted its fraud. Obviously you haven't gotten to the part of the nutshell where they lay out the elements of fraud. Well, there's always next semester. Wonder who pays your bills? Have they indicated to you how much they think this scam is worth to the average ORB buyer? (I'm on record as saying, "$42.12.") To their firm?
