My opinion is that lawyers involved with these types of suits are the lowest life form on our beautiful planet. Do you think they are scumbags as well?

This case is strictly a restatement case, which means the company has already admitted its fraud.

Obviously you haven't gotten to the part of the nutshell where they lay out the elements of fraud. Well, there's always next semester. Wonder who pays your bills? Have they indicated to you how much they think this scam is worth to the average ORB buyer? (I'm on record as saying, "$42.12.") To their firm?

As much as I agree with some of your views on the lawsuit, your inclusion of an 800 number makes you transparent. Go pimp your law firm somewhere else.
