Dear Airborn: I never owned SEEC and I sold my ALYD but we own the others together. Class action suit is settled, go to whereever you usually read your press releases on companies and scroll back a month or so. Not a lot, but I forgot the exact figure, I dont think CMND portion is over $2mm. Stock is still under the cash value of the company and as long as that exists I wont sell. Its preposterous in my judgement. JDN

Class action suit:
can any one please tell me what I have to do to participate in the settlement? (Dumbo me bought the first shares in April of 1998 at about $16.00. I hope I overlooked 5 splits or somethjing like that.
