IM has not been a publicly traded company for three years.

I see both IM and TECD trading at much higher levels in the next few months. TECD was pulled down by IM and has nowhere to go but up.

If IM achieves what it plans to achieve by laying off 1400 workers, then the next quarterly report will reflect better earnings. Of course, the workers left are probably not the dregs of IM's workforce and are probably more productive that the 1400 laid off.
