Dell seems to have built a strong base with 40 as a minimum. They sell high end PCs which should have picked up in sales in March and continue into april (their quarter end).

However, unwilling to take a chance at this point in options but might try shares(gotta park cash somewhere).

The only difference, taxman, is that the media didn't pounce on it as they have this time. I think the dynamics are different this time. Just my opinion. Believe me, I think DELL is a great company. But with the market as richly valued as it is, I think investing in DELL today after the recent quarter is different than investing in DELL six months ago.

Especially if you are focused on playing the options.
