I'd say they've been working the deal with Paul Allen's firm for a period of time before this...so $90 probably looked good then.

A financial site would have made more sense with GNET, hope they don't let this one get away on the cheap, the old high before Vulcan bid was $98, $150 would have been fair to GNET believers, where is DJ, Bloomberg, thestreet.com, marketwatch.com, MSN?
