On the surface it would appear as though Winspear is right here. It appears as though Aber left themselves a loophole, good results, and we're in, bad results and hey we never said it in writing. We don't know all the issues. In any event Aber now is willing to fight to maintain their right to pay their share, I think that says something. I only hope that which ever way it is resolved, it is resolved quickly. By the way, I don't think that which way it is resolved will be too significant, again depending on the issues at hand. I don't know that there has ever been a discovery that the lawyers have not profit from. It is all part of the exploration process. Now I have to work on getting my holdings to an even multiple of 800. Cheers
