Financial statements are being prepared as a requisite for a 10K filing. They will be made available to everyone once the company files the 10K. Where DBDY stands now it appears that the filing is 85% complete. For DBDY this filing is quite extensive due to acquisitions, changed management and restructuring all of which has to be disclosed and explained. " I'm assuming this 10k is for the 1997 financials. At 85% complete, we'll have them by the end of summer.
