I'm confident that a consistent problem with slow download does not lie with SI or their servers, as the other respondents were attempting to communicate. The problem undoubtedly lies in the route between your ISP and SI. If you send a traceroute to Brad he'll be able to send it to his ISP to be looked into. If you need some help in doing that, just post a message here and I'm sure someone will step up and help you.
