i think the thing to watch is if the japanese in fact set up retirement plans that allow them to invest in the market. they are planning to institute a form of IRA keogh for the first time. that would power the market higher.

i am looking for market to sell off after end of year (april) bank period--will start slowly dollar cost averaging into sne, hmc, mbk, canny, etc.
