Jan, I thought the lawsuit was filed against "your" friend Mr. Dumont.

As I stated not long ago, the Zwebner suit was brought against Dean, "Spider Valdez", "Rico Staris", and ten John Does. "Spider Valdez" has now been identified as Gary Dobry. All of the above are co-defendants.

The other two numbskulls followed his advice and were named as John Does in said lawsuit.

So you buy into Spidey's self-serving "explanation" that it was all Dean's fault? Who stopped him from doing a little fact-checking, eh? And as noted: Dean certainly never told him to say that LGCY'd been delisted; probably no one told Spidey to say that.

Spidey's been told to say a lotta stuff about AZNT, too. Much of it has turned out to be untrue. Is he in no way responsible for disseminating misinformation in an effort to promote the stock?

Ignorance does not constitute legal exculpation in cases of this kind. Gary Dobry is an adult. No one held a gun to his head and forced him to make libelous posts about Zwebner and LGCY. Please note that very early on Spidey did indeed try to lure me to the LGCY thread, with the very obvious hope that I'd trash the company. I didn't bite.

Why not?

Further, I'm inclined to suspect that it was very definitely Spidey, and not Dean, who involved "Rico" in the creation of the LGCY thread. As noted, he attempted to draw me in, too, and Jeff as well.

Spidey's no innocent. He's a sleazy two-bit promoter who keeps screwing up because his stupidity and greed are outta control.
