Not enough people and shares have committed to the process. The attorney called me last week, we are in a holding pattern. As soon as we find out additional information about the company and their activities, we can proceed further. Anyone interested(besides those who have already e-mailed me) should send me an e-mail to rferrari@etrade.com. We will keep you informed when we decide to proceed against this company. Some illegal things may have been done, and we want to be able to prove them.
