Usually, when they decide that, for "volatility".

Almost all other "cheaper" internuts are off margin.

Looks like to prevent common folks to short it. Or worse, if one is short, squeeze the account ratios and make the people covering.

Stocks usually tend to go up shortly on such actions if they are heavily shorted in their house.
