Considering how expensive other stocks are, I think the risk of averaging down COMS at the current level might not be a bad move.
It did not go much lower even during the severe correction last year. There is a chance COMS will be back in the 40s within 6-12 months, which will make it a fairly good investment by buying at the current price. COMS is still among the number 2 networking company.
