Fred's been saying financing is not as issue for about a year now. During that period, VLNC has been constantly in a situation of negative working capital, had their CFO quit about 8 months ago with no replacement named, has had equipment suppliers sue them for failure to pay, and the financing they have managed to secure has been about the worst kind available. If you interpret this situation to mean that financing is not an issue, I guess you would only consider financing to be an issue if bankruptcy is declared.

There is a big difference between presenting a technical paper at a conference and having VLNC batteries on the way to Mars.
