TO ALL;

THE NASDAQ is very solidly up today and the rally is beginning to spread out. All of the high techs are making solid gains. Even ORCL which was slammed last week. ORCL is actually, cheaper than SEG for the first time in a long, long time. If you are inclined, it's a buying opp. for ORCL.
