Rice,

This post is for anyone who cares to read it.

I placed a call to Mr. Kane. He was not in so I left my name and number. The next day Mr. Kane called me back. He did try to fill me in on what has taken place this last year. Being a little slow, I may not have retained much. Receiving a call back from any co. is a positive in my book and I gave Mr. Kane one point for that.

Then a new e-mail address showed up on this thread. I e-mailed them just to see if it would work. Surprise, surprise, I received a return that same night with more info to my questions. Point number two.

I sure don't have enough info at this time to even guess at fair market value. I will sit tight and let things work out or they will fail again. DBDY must prove them selves to me this go around.

I gave them two points, what is that worth?

Good investing all.

okee-boy

Rice-
I'm not trying to give you a hard time, just the company. Please don't take this personally.

Based on my experience with this company there really is no point contacting them since the information they have historically released does not materialize. I know Mr. Kane is new (at least he says this), but his very first announcement about financials for 1997 being released in 90 days didn't even come true. One would think he could at least keep that commitment.
