...as of 3/17/99 NKC(IF) has not released q4 numbers ending 31 dec...this [also] simply is not a trait exhibited by 'excellent' companies, however, common among ['street'-avoided ref/ SEC Rule 15c2-6] pink sheet companies...esp. companies attempting to establish any semblance of credibility with the street...issues outstanding: a credible and relevant newkidco.com website...a formal [TLC?] ELMO® launch...responsible/timely quarterly releases...credible product launch dates which actually match press releases...alphasoftware.com (why ? what?...Logitech/XOOM Scanman email specials!?...alliance(s) merely mocks NewKidCo's alleged 'focus' ...signal to the street?...)...makes one wonder if NewKidCo's [insiders'] future has already been blueprinted and formally addressing above said issues by management would simply be a moot point...none of this makes any sense to us...in our opinion...
