Sigh .. I think I have been transported to the wrong planet

1) in this economy there are two things of measurable
value:
a) the total output of goods and services
b) the machinery that produces those goods and services

the growth rate for the goods and services is at best
6%/yr ... the growth rate for the machinery is more
than 20%/yr - year after year. How is this going to work?

And in this environment BRK is ideal ... we can participate
in the growth and will profit greatly by a "bubble burst."
We are one of the best attack companies as well as one
of (perhaps the) best defensive stock. (There are so
many similarities between the US now and Japan in
the early 90's .. the same arrogance and the same over
valuation of assets.)

2) I thought the BRK annual report was somewhere between
impressive and amazing ... we reported earnings and
increased our asset worth from $56B to over $120B.
We have exciting growth potentials .. from the
operating companies .. thru KO and G to silver and more.
Finally, WEB seemed optimistic and coy as usual.

3) and yet 469 people ran (selling the BRK.A's) and 2713
sold their B's. What did these people see/read that I did
not. Why did they buy on Friday and run on Monday.
Who are these people anyway?

This is beginning to get personal :), those that sold their
GenRe to BRK positions have already lost on their endeavors
and I will be pleased when ...

Oh well, a shower and some wine and I will be better.
