Doug, I think a large factor is confidence rebuilding from the unfortunate earnings shortfall last fall. Not sure if you were following then, but they really shot themselves in the foot. Unfortunately, they still don't seem to be in the list of companies mentioned when the talk turns to telecom equipment suppliers.

Potential for buyout lingers also.

I think so. Valuations are cheap. Earnings prospects are strong. Its a big, liquid name with a strong management team headquartered in a very, very dynamic market (Europe, liberalizing down the lines, is rocking with EMU; telecom and the internet are dynamic "industries").
