Thean,

<<How much is purchased by local
How much is purchased by mainlanders
How much is purchased by foreigners
How much is purchased by Asians (subset of the foreigner category)>>

We had a double whammy....japan and california both abandoned the market at the same
time. lots of Northwest buyers the past 2 years and a return of california has
stabilized the decline. Asia is a minor cog and locals are restricted in their free
cash flow by the downturn in tourism(decrease in Japan visitors has really sapped the
economy).

Thean et. al.,
Did you catch the comment in the RXSD press release comment about the "...excess retail inventory levels, which affected us during the first half of fiscal 1999, are now behind us."

I don't know much about this new site I found, yet; but their "focus list" might be interesting to check out. It's obvious from a quick glance that at least it's not a pump and dump scheme.
