I've already made that point about the deal being stated previous to the price...your point for when the price was agreed upon doesn't make sense to me for one simple reason...it isn't at a premium to what it had recently been trading at. GNET should sell above it's going price. SO...it must have been another time previous to that...or it wasn't such a good move to take the 90.
