<<hotmail has been bought for $400MM at early times.>>

Look how pervasive hotmail has become, that was a shrewd move. They were buying a name and a huge subscriber base. EFAX may have the name for now, but their subscriber base is tiny. Even if they have 1 million or 5 million people. How often will those people actually use the site? How often do they really need to receive a fax? I'd bet you might have 50,000 people using this service on a regular basis.

Christian, if I'm not mistaken, hotmail already had several million users when it was taken out. Efax just got off the ground. Sure it can grow if it has the resources, there're uncertainties and no doubt competition. After all, there's really no proprietary technology involved. I shorted today at 20 1/2 for a short term play. I think the stock is ahead of itself at this junction. Once daytraders and momo players get off the train in a day or two, this thing is gonna pull back quite a bit from current level.

Regards,

Tom
