Riley, Let me try to explain something to you in the simplest of terms...so that you might understand. Surely you remember the oft used example of the limits of first amendment rights....that is, "you can't shout FIRE in a crowded theater and claim that it is your first amendment right to do so." Now, follow closely. You ignored all the evidence that was openly presented to you on the big screen in front of you (by the so called nays) that there was no fire (short squeeze) in the theater. You ignored that evidence and shouted FIRE (SHORT SQUEEZE) over and over again, anyway. Now you are trying to tell us that the reason you caused the panic in the "theater" and caused (financial) injury to many is because some guys (R&B) next to you in the theater told you they smelled smoke. Now, I have a feeling that regardless of whether you personally smelled the smoke yourself or was told that there was smoke (in spite of the evidence to the contrary)...YOU are the one responsible for causing the panic. The point being (in case you missed it) is that I don't think you are going to convince anyone that you weren't the one that shouted FIRE in the theater. Evidence???? That is a matter for the court to decide. And, you are certainly doing a good job of providing the authorities with the raw material.....Now, you don't suppose they might review other material do you? You know, like this thread (and OVIS) to get their own spin on what has happened here. Good Luck, TC
