Current portfolio standings for the year:

1. Neighbor's kid with E-Trade account. +1250%

Main holdings: EBAY, CNET

Comment: Buys whatever he hears about. Motto: "Buy high, sell higher."

2. Copeland's Secretary +900%

Main holdings: NSOL, GNET, UNPH

Comment: Buys the hot stocks discussed on Motley Fool on dips. Devoted follower of Bloomberg radio.

3. Copeland's Mom +700%

Main holdings: GNET, NOKA, LU

Comment: Uses IBD; buys whatever her son mentions off-handedly.

4. Copeland +75%

Main holdings: Cash at end of day. Frequent shorter.

Comment: Learned how to short equities and puts in 1990. Has been distrustful of the markets ever since. Goes for points. Constantly in fear of going long based upon current market valuation.
