Gord, things looked pretty firm with SUF too. The problem is that most of us are not versed in corporate law nor do we have the agreement in hand to debate the finer points of the law as applied to it. The news release identifies the verbal nature of ABZ's position, and WSP's response, but that doesn't help us figure out how this agreement will be interpreted. I hope things are quickly resolved, but as long as the drag on it will not help. The uncertainty associated with the dispute is not favourable. Obviously what happened with SUF didn't relate to the finer points of the law, but was also influenced by various things in SA.
