EFAX -- One more thought before this one is talked to death...
It appears the SF Bay Area is going to a 11 digit dialing scheme. This will take massive switch reprogramming on all levels, and has to take a year or more.

While this will eventually relieve the phone number shortage, a year is certainly long enough for EFAX's market jump to be eclipsed. The "holy grail" of their market strategy is the "universal inbox" -- a cradle to grave single number for fax, voicemail, email, and who knows what else to come. Its no secret, and companies with a lot more weight than EFAX want to be there too.

I'll watch to see if the experts see a short opportunity, but I just don't see the value here.
