So, do I understand correctly, that if that were the case, and assuming FAMH's share of the business netted 2% (of $40 mil sales) before paying for the acquisition (performance it has not demonstrated since birth), that it would take .......77.5 years to pay for the acquisition???????????

And that wouldn't consider the existing debt issue.
Why do that when there is the distinct possibility that they could buy it from the IRS in a few months for around 10 cents per share, or if they "negotiate" as well as FAMH did, half that amount.

Somehow, it doesn't make much sense.

Anybody remember the last buy-out "rumor" that surfaced?

Time will tell.

I'm working for MAN here in Switzerland and the rumor really gave me a good chuckle. Are you sure you didn't misunderstand it and it's actually FAMH buying MAN? I'd love to have AA as a big boss! LOL

After the 50:1 reverse
