Why bring up a 13 month old report? Things have changed in the oil patch. Utilizations rates are way down and so are day rates. 1999 EPS estimates was slashed from that $3.30 level in the report to $-0.82 on the low estimate from Zacks to almost break even on the high end. Even the insiders aren't buying at this price.
