Ah, the GI DCT5000. SFA's Explorer2000 is already out and does everything the 5000 can do AND is also an IATV customer. Just can't wait to see some rollout of services on top of these platforms. Once the increasingly techie public gets wind of some happy residential "convergence" customers, watch out. This stock, along with many others in the broadband internet/CATV arena, will explode like your 'EPAY' stocks. -Lk

Mike and thread, are you familiar with what ATI is doing in the convergence space? An excerpt from today's ATI Chip Promises To Turn Computer Into TV Set story below: "'Now we are expanding into new markets such as set-top boxes for cable TV and consumer appliances,' said [President K.Y.] Ho. ATI already has its own prototype set-top box -- a combination VCR and instant replay machine as well as a personal computer, turning the television into a gateway to the Internet." dailynews.yahoo.com How do you assess this threat?

All, More from the 10-K. I realize it is nothing new, but thought it interesting that we have a "national advertising representative firm to sell advertising time" at our disposal. Sure hope they have been busy selling interactive advertising for us. ************************************* As part of the Rainbow Transaction, Fox Sports and Rainbow established a 50-50 partnership to operate Fox Sports Net, which provides affiliated regional sports networks, 24 hours per day, with national sports programming to supplement their regional sports offerings. Fox Sports Net features live and replayed sporting events, as well as other original sports programming, including a national sports news program, Fox Sports News. "Fox Sports and Rainbow also established a national advertising representative firm to sell advertising time during both the regional affiliates' local programming and national network programming provided by Fox Sports Net."
