Putting aside our slight preferences for each company, this situation looks bad on both of them....I would like to see the JV agreement, the KRT agreement gives a JV till the end of the program to pay up ( must pay interest from the beg. of the program) and if you miss a year and get diluted, you can "buy" back in later to get your share back with a penalty...these JV agreements are always 6 million pages long...

What is your take on the obvious disagreements between these two companies, is it specific ego's, or what?

The last time you were here preaching everyone to dump Aber and buy Winspear your followers missed out on a 77% appreciation of their Aber shares and saw their Winspear investment drop 50% in the same time period ! Remember last December ? As far as I can see, the management of Winspear have gotten a little too greedy and are trying to rip off their partner. Reminds me of Humphrey Bogart in the movie "The Treasure of Sierra Madre". I predict Winspear will lose in court and get the Joseph Murkh award.
