Food for Thought.

With the stockprice down to it's lowest levels ever how will they retain key employees who joined the co. with options deal. Like CIEN, shortly after their stk tanked when the TLAB deals fell thru and crappy earnings were announced, the co. was forced to re-price options in order to keep employees from jumping ship. They acted quickly and it worked, at least I think it did.

So if IMIC doesn't act quick they also will loose key people and we know what happened late summer when the VP of Sales left with a few folks.

Regards,
bazan

P.S. Sitting on the sidelines (no position, but Dad does).

My bet is on I2... they still have a lofty enough p/e to take them out with stock. It's a great fit. No knowledge of any impending deal, but at these levels something has to break.
