Gilder in a recent review (Nov. 98) mentioned problem in financing the project Oxygen. Any info?
Globalstar successfully launched 4 satellites a few days ago. That brings the constellation to 16 now. One launch per months is scheduled. 48 are needed. Ithink hat investors will start noticing when the number of satellites will be at 30. In a few months...

Thanks for the link Mark. Tough to determine the level of ALA involvement, but a potential large revenue source I wasn't aware of.
