Archer, << Options have expiration dates, I never touch them >>
2 point gain. 1.7 million shares. Cover my friend. I suggest reading
the Sec closely. Only trying to stop a run up here. If too much run the buyout is unattractive. I've read everything you posted and everything else in black and white and between the lines. Anything under $12, and bend over and kiss it good-bye. In my opinion. I see
minimum of $11 and max of $18. Pick your cover. Never fight the market! Look at alliances. Smells like Msft to me!
Larry BTW, read your profile -- I use a 70lb. PSE compound with 125g
thunderheads. I crony'd them at 232 ft/sec. Total arrow weight 170
grains if memory serves me.

Archer,

I personally don't take issue with your short position, (we all have to try and make money), but your analysis of the S-3 amendment is incorrect. The amendment pertains to the $7,500,000 infusion from Castle Creek partnership last month. The terms of the offering requires the company, WAVO, to register those shares. "We will receive up to $2,665,000 if Castle Creek fully exercises the warrant." (approx. $10.66/share).

I agree with you that to date the company's primary source of funds has been through equity infusions (dilutive to us original shareholders) rather than earnings.

Let's (meaning me, not you) hope todays move portends things to come.

For archery I prefer my single cam 70lb PSE with 125g thunderheads
on aluminum arrows chrony'd at 232 ft/sec. Now for long range hits as
in the market........ well, that's another story. We're talking velocity here! :-)
