Put yourself in a buyer's shoes... if you were to pay say $12 a share, roughly 1.1 billion, what are you really getting ? Not much, I'd say... not any real goodwill (o.k...maybe that Bowl game hype !) , no real assets (aren't all their buildings leased ?).... don't think I'd be in a hurry to buy them even at this low price. Not that I wish it wouldn't happen !!
