Tom, I asked Michael about those shareholders and their shares to be sold. According to him, SB-2 requires that all "sellable shareholders" be listed there. They're both long and have no intention of selling. So, again the float can go up only by 3 mil if at all. Radim

Dear Tom, As best as you can tell post this SB-2, what is your estimate of the 50 million is issued at this point, or can be in the near term. There is no question that it is much greater than an additional 3 mill. Also does anyone know what the time frame is for the latest LOI news release? Is there a cutoff point etc? Would hate to see another IDB situation eg: something that went on for months and never came to fruition. I think everyone knows this is the last hoorah for FNTN, if they do not follow through on this latest round that is that. I do hope for everyone's sake that this does not happen, there are wonderful sincere people invested in this Company. Cmonnnnnn FNTN do it already!!!!,, AMB,, Barbara
