Sgt.

When Paul Allen buys those shares, unless he later sells them, they are effectively removed from the float.

But I believe the point was made that PA may be tendering this offer to insure that insiders are able to divest themselves of their stock at an assured of price. It's a sound theory, but I also believe it psychologically puts bottom support at $90/share.

I think we may be heading higher. Long term shorts beware. This is going to be a daytraders delight.

Finally, I think some of that late day spike may be institutions looking for a place to park money from new inflows. But that is sheer conjecture on my part based upon previous observations where a stock moves after 3:00.

Regards,

Ron

Sgt. it would be my guess we will now see another split soon, next earnings would be for sure...possibly sooner. The activity in the trading will require it. This thing could get on a split pattern akin to the one Dell was on for a couple of years.
