Glenn I find this law suite very interesting. As you probably remember. The suite was thrown out of Arkansas do to that is Wal-Marts home turf and, the judge had some Wal-Mart stock. Now they have to do battle on Jeff's home turf. I wonder if Judge Linda Lau has some of Amzn's. You can't live in Seattle and, not have any Msft or Amzn stock.

You forgot to mention Klenier is also named by Wal-Mart in this suite.
It appears that John Doerr actually did the recruiting.
