Anindo, Hotmail had several million users before being taken out for $400 MM. Hotmail also had the backing of venture capitalists to fund and grow its operations. EFAX had 0.1 MM people signed up last month, only $5 MM in cash, does it have the resources to grow to the point where it's attractive as a takeover candidate? Already it has a market cap of $256 MM.
