I spoke to the manager at Motion Industries here in Fort Smith today. I had sent an e-mail to them as they were listed as distributers in the investors package. The gentleman said they sold the 111r through 1996(probably 1st or 2nd generation and that it was a really "neat" device. I also spoke to someone at Microphonics today and asked for the audited financials for 1996. He said he would have the secretary fax them to me tommorrow. I will let you all know when I get them. I didn't think to ask about 1997 financials. Someone else could call and ask to have them sent to them. I do not know for sure that they are available, but I would assume they are.
