Francois; on XNET; let's face the facts: you are the only due diligence in town; you've spoken with a Director of the company, quoted profits figures, and posted the float. You are taking on a big responsibility, my friend.

There's no way anyone can perform due diligence to verify $450,000 in profits for 98' other than taking your word for it (as you've passed it on by a Director who shouldn't be giving you this information in the first place).

I'm trying to help you cover your ***. You know I have great respect for your investing abilities, but your last post crosses the line by disclosing non-public information from an insider who should know better.

I know one SI member in particular (you know who); who is just waiting to report you for anything under the sun.

There are one or more SEC "scouts" who have read posts on this thread, and you must keep your white hat on at all times. Telling members not to rely on your information, or that members should do their own dd, does not mean anything if you claim to be quoting the Director of a public company.

Take my words in the spirit in which they are meant; I'm only trying to help you maintain a defensible position. You have so many stock winners going for you right now, you don't need to be taking any unnecessary chances by writing posts like the last one...regards, sw
