VINCENT; on SHAL; this is the problem with bb stocks; they're not subject to SEC reporting requirements or full disclosure of financials.

WCAP had a good reason for exploding. They have tons of cash, major stock holdings in COOL and a very low P/E of approx. (6); AND their earnings were $4.30 per share on a float of only 2.5M. They are also listed on Nasdaq.

I have yet to see any information that indicates SHAL will be profitable in the near future. I've looked at ALL the press releases and there's not one word about SHAL's financial condition. Maybe you can find the info. somewhere;

There's no doubt they have a state-of-the-art internet banking software solution, but until we see some news announcing the signing of a contract for a specified amount of money, I'd be real careful. SHAL is no WCAP.

In terms of charting (on sheer speculation)$5.50 looks like a re-entry point; but, I wouldn't recommend such a move. You may want to wait for some reality to set-in with SHAL....LOL...regards, sw
