Pallisard, could you find where the differences are? I just rapidly perused it "against memory", I did not compare text to text. The numbers were exactly the same (as far as the offering price, even the "assumed selling price" of 8.635 was not changed. The quoted number of outstanding shares was still the Feb 5 number of the S3-A from 2/25. I get "pissed off" at lawyers duplicating the same document over and over just to accumulate "billable hours". Zeev
