I saw your post on PABN/PRWT to the iso, he is knowledegeable but has a tendency to mislead, which I have found, depending on his position on the stock (long or not).

What are your thought on the opening price for SETO today? They took advantage of a lot of market orders to sell. Most probably thought they could sell at $1.50 or more(IMO).

Can the MM's legally open SETO at 3/4 when their previous bid/ask closed @ $1.50?
